We always Meet and Greet passengers inside the arrivals hall after you have cleared customs. Our driver will be holding a board with the lead passengers name on it. We never ask you to go outside in all kinds of weather to look for your car. Our transfer price includes the first 30 minutes waiting time from the time your plane touches down. It also includes the first 30 minutes car parking charge. To keep any further charges to a minimum our drivers will not enter the car park until 15 minutes after your plane has landed unless notified by you otherwise.
